(Educational year 2010-11)

The Learning School (TLS), Kot Radha Kishen (Kasur) was established in 2002 with the aim to provide quality education on non-profit basis to the students from rural areas. The School collects very nominal tuition fee to pay the salaries of the staff and utility bills.

Due to poverty and low income level of people in the rural areas, a significant proportion of parents, who wish that their children are educated, are unable to pay the tuition fee for them and don't send them to schools. This darkens the future of these young souls and wastes their talents.

We will request you to kindly join us in our aim by sponsoring scholarships to the intelligent and deserving students of TLS. Sponsoring a child for just Rs.700 to 1,000 per month is a wonderful way to help change the life of this little child in need and a beautiful way to bring hope to his or her entire community. Being a sponsor you can build a new relationship with one (or more) special child who will know you by name as you correspond, and share your live with his peers. Progress report of the student will be pasted on webpage specified for you, and thus, you will be kept well updated with his progress.

You can select among the following list of talented students (who needed to be nourished and supported financially) and send the scholarship payment through cross cheque in the name of THE LEARNING SCHOOL, KOT RADHA KISHEN. We assure you that your hard earning money will be will not be wasted.

TLS new block consisting 16 class rooms under constrution that will be completed till 31st August 2010. German Embassy supported for six class rooms through OKR 2.0 million. Other rooms constructed through TLS own funds/ loan from bank.
