The administration aims to provide opportunities to the staff members for further trainings at national and international level to enhance their skills. Most of the staff members are able to improve their qualifications as to earn a better living and to serve the society in a better way. Our salary structure is comparatively better than other schools of the area, but it should be kept in mind that The Learning School is a non-profit institution and is gets very nominal tuition fee from the students for providing quality education. We provide complimentary transport facility to all of our staff members. Many of our employees belong from Lahore and commute daily to and from the campus through our busses. The Campus is forty-five minute drive away from Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. As perfection can never be achieved and there is always a room for improvement, we want a commitment from our staff members that they will try their best to improve the standards of education at the School.
